Vaccines for International Travel

Here's one more thing to add to your to-do list before you head off to a foreign travel ? get vaccinated! There are several diseases that exist overseas that we rarely see in the United States. These include:
Typhoid Fever ? prevalent in Asia, Africa, and South America
Yellow Fever ? Sub-Saharan Africa and Tropical South America
Japanese Encephalitis ? Throughout Asia

And those found throughout the world, but you should still get before traveling, like Hepatitis A and B, Polio, and Tetanus.

Sometimes you are legally required to get a vaccine before traveling. For example, you must get a yellow fever vaccine before traveling to remote parts of Africa.

Be sure to check out our full list of vaccines and make sure you are safe for your trip!
