This card is different from the passport card that we previously discussed because this is simply just your driver's license. Your regular license gets equipped with a radio frequency identification chip that will allow you to cross the border as often as you need.
The only qualification is that you must have no violations, suspensions, revocations or denials on your driving record that would prevent you from legally operating a motor vehicle.
