The TSA Pat-Down

Going through airport security is one of the most confusing and complained about parts of traveling. We've talked before about how to pack to get through quickly, but we still get questions about the TSA pat-down process.

The first fact is that you won't necessarily have to be patted down. Only 3 out of 100 passengers are subject to a pat down. Those who are selected for the pat down are those that refuse the body scan or set off the metal detector.

If you are selected for the pat down, you don't have anything to worry about. We have exactly what to expect if you are selected on our page!
