Santa Croce

Today was our visit to Santa Croce. It is RAININGso an indoor activity is great. Founded in 1294 it houses the funeral monuments of Michelangelo Galileo Machiavelli and others. We had a great time there. The architecture was beautiful. While walking through the Basilica Santa Croce we noticed a strange texture on the floor. It turned out to be the grave markers of various church clergy
