Consulat General of Belarus Will Not Issue Visas from April 29 to May 17

American citizens who need to obtain a visa to Belarus between April 29 and May 17 should apply to the Embassy of Baluras in Washington, DC or through a visa expediting service. The Consulate General of Belarus in New York will not be accepting applications during this period.
