Insights into the Issues

So I've been here about 3 weeks now and I have to say most of the insights I've picked up came right in the first two weeks. Though really that's probably because my program director who's an expat who's been living in Thailand and Cambodia the last 510 yrs left after the first week and he was obviously able to provide me a lot of background and cultural information.One problem that's evident
