Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton and U.S. Customs and Border Protection Acting Commissioner David V. Aguilar today traveled to Dallas to participate in the 39th Annual National Latino Peace Officers Association?s (NLPOA) Training Conference. Secretary Napolitano delivered remarks highlighting the Department?s commitment to collaborating with federal, state, local, tribal and territorial law enforcement to combat evolving threats and protect our nation?s communities.
