Angkor Wat

At long last my dreams of visiting Angkor Wat became a reality. We headed off and collected our passes just outside Siam Reap. The temples were built in the eleventh century and the carving on the stonework is beautiful and incredible that it has remained almost untouched for all this time.The Khmer removed some of the statues during various wars and some of the Buddhas have been placed in a Museu
