Hiking around Whangarei

Here I am againToday was cloudy all day so we did a few hikes in the Whangarei area about28 km from our home stay. It was very nice sort oh jungle like feeling withoutthe concerns of snakes or whatever. There are no poisonous snakes in NZ.Quite a civilized adventure over treetop walkways and swing bridges.There were some young juvenile Kauri trees.Really large. Gloria is huggingone in the pictu
